Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, credits, or adjustments may be issued for services provided by Maid in Maryland.
1. General Policy
All cleaning services are considered labor-based services and are non-refundable once work has been performed.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on preparation costs.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50%. No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
3. Service Issues
If a client is dissatisfied, concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We may offer a re-clean, partial adjustment, or credit at our discretion.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued when:
• A service was not completed as agreed
• A verified failure in service delivery occurred
• The Company determines a refund is appropriate
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
• Pre-existing property conditions
• Miscommunication or undisclosed issues
• Time already spent performing cleaning services
• Dissatisfaction without opportunity to re-clean
6. Final Decision
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Maid in Maryland.
